How we handle your information
The Adult LGS Caregiver Companion is operated by Integritas Communications. This tool is designed to help caregivers track and manage care for adults with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.
When you use this tool, you may provide:
- Journal entries: seizure activity, sleep quality, mood, communication, mobility, behavior, and caregiver stress ratings
- Medication logs: medication names, dosages, schedules, effectiveness, and side effects
- Symptom tracking: symptom types, severity, duration, and triggers
- Event tracking: clinical events such as ER visits, medication changes, and behavioral crises
- Caregiver wellbeing: mood, energy, sleep hours, and support received
- Emergency plan: your neurology team contact information and when-to-call-911 instructions
- Account information: your email address (used for login only)
